Overnight antiox Chia Pudding:
3 tablespoons (not full) of Chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Matcha
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/3 coconut milk
1 tablespoon of mixed berries
mix everything untill is well combined
2/3 yogurt (plain, greek, plant based)
mix again everything and put it in the fridge for the night..
In the morning on top put whatever you feel you like the most
(my favorite is Apple pieces and a handfull granola!)
my favourite jar has a capacity of 220 gr
antioxidant due the matcha, maple syrup and the berries
