🌾🌻🥥🥛🍇🍯 When Müsli meets love it becomes Granola..
In a pan:
Stir
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2,5 tablespoons of agave syrup if you are not vegan honey works as well
2,5 tablespoons of tahini
Mix all together till you have a sticky liquid
In a medium bowl:
Mix
1 cup of rolled oats
1,5 cup of fine oats
1 hand full raisins
2 hands full mixed nuts and chopped ( I used cashew, almonds and coconut flakes)
1,5 hand full sunflower and pumpkinseeds
Put the sticky liquid into it and give it a mix till everything is cover with it
Put everything on a bake tray flat till you covering all and put it in your preheated oven of 150 C for about 15/20 min
After a few min turn the mixture in order to get sure to don’t burn it
Remove it let it cool store it to a glass jar and just enjoy it as you like it..
(I personally like it the most as a snack by his own or on top of my breakfast chia puddings)
