these lovley biscuits riminds Amaratteni due the almond flour
Add to a medium bowl:
2 cups of almond flour
1/4 of soy milk
4 tablespoons of Agave syrup
a hand full of dark chocolate o chopped by your own
0,5 teaspoon of baking soda
A pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of almond butter
mix all together
then do your portions as you like the most a few big balls o more smaller (wich I suggest) and once you place it on a backe tray flat them a bit with a fork
Put it in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15/20 min.
let them cool and enjoy as you like..
Ps: the day after they taste even better!
